“This is a 5 Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Recommendation for Always Sunny Realty in Springfield, Ohio, and the whole Always Sunny team for their help in selling our house.  Our first contact was with Ron Kibler by phone, and that was quickly followed with a visit from Ron and Sunny Dhingra to walk through the house.  They emphasized that they would work to make this a stress-free experience for us and not an ordeal.  They were right.  Once we met to settle on a bottom line price for the house, we talked over what we needed to do (not much) to make the house ready for sale.  The hard part for us was down-sizing from sixty plus years of marriage and all that accumulated in five bedrooms and three floors, to a two bedroom one floor condo.  Ron and Sunny suggested we have a Tag Sale for items we and our children did not want, and recommended two ladies that do tag sales.  Problem solved – these were two of the hardest working ladies and most professional I’ve met.  They stressed they would take care of everything, and when they left, the place would be clean and ready for the next owners.  It was. I first met with Sunny on the telephone when my wife and I were out home shopping. We saw a house we liked, and it was listed by Always Sunny Realty.
